Have you noticed that when speaking with someone, your message is sometimes simply not received as you intended?
In our relationships, and most especially in our love relationships, the way in which we communicate often causes confusion, and unfortunately in many cases, irritation, hurt feelings or even anger.
People in stages 1-8 respond to different methods or styles of communication. How we handle communication according to the other person’s stage of development helps send our message clearly, without creating discord.
Ultimately, by being aware of the stages of consciousness development in others, we can communicate in different ways to create understanding, coordinate actions, and get needs met.
We will begin by taking an in-depth look at needs-based communication and the very complex communication of stage 6.
In this module we will:
- Learn how stage 6 seeks harmony and how we can provide this to them
- Review a needs-based method to use when communicating with someone at stage 6
- Increase our needs communication vocabulary
