If such a request is received, we will comply within 30 days as well as contact all third parties, such as faculty members/Instructors or vendors such as Constant Contact to advise that any personal data in their possession is also to be removed in a timely manner.
All confidential information is secured in electronic or hard copy files. Student transcript information is retained permanently, unless the student asks us to delete or destroy those records. Student transcript information is available to a student upon request and within 30 days. We will similarly comply with any requests from students to transmit their transcript information to a third party, for example to a specific professional organization or to an institution of higher learning or training.
By providing us with an email address, the customer grants permission to receive emails from us in return. We may send confirmation, or an invitation to receive subsequent emails advising of news or classes that may be of interest to that customer. With every communication opt out "unsubscribe" options are available and will be honored immediately.

Financial and Course related information
Financial records: All electronic financial transaction information is stored by PayPal who will then send us an email containing only contact info, payment details and amounts. Specifics as to amount paid by the student and title of course are stored in secure financial accounting software, for income tax purposes and to facilitate creation of receipts if required.
Course records: The consumer initiates the enrollment process electronically. For administrative purposes, secure records of enrollment, progress and completion are maintained. Upon enrollment the consumer's contact information and confirmation of payment will be forwarded by Bridges.Academy LLC to the course Instructor. The course Instructor is required to maintain robust information security and to never share the consumer's confidential information with anyone without the explicit permission of the individual.
Where appropriate a customer or a student may be required to submit documented evidence of prerequisite compliance or eligibility. This information is safely stored electronically, or if received by post office mail it is safely stored in confidential secure paper files.
