General Refund Policy and criteria:
- Digital Goods: Once digital goods including handouts and training materials are sent, we are not able to issue refunds.
- Classes and Workshops: No refunds are available within 72 hours before a live class is scheduled to begin.
- If an event is cancelled by the Instructor, a full refund is issued.
1. PROGRAMS: Refund is available when withdrawal notice is received more than 72 hours before the start of the event and before any electronic workbooks or handouts are sent. The non-refundable portion is $250. The amount of the refund does not include payment processing fees or textbooks purchased separately. Withdrawal notice must be given in writing by the student via post office mail, or during a live telephone conversation. (Not by voicemail, email or text.) In the event of a withdrawal after the 72 hour deadline, the amount of the original payment can be applied towards tuition cost of a future program offered within one year by that Instructor, for an administrative fee of only $150. The returning student would also be required to pay any cost increases that occur in the interim. Refunds cannot be provided for the non-attendance of classes.
2. EMPOWERMENT INTENSIVES and RETREATS: Due to the expensive preparation involved, refund is available only when written intent to withdraw is received at least one week prior to the first day of the event. Withdrawal notice must be given in writing by the participant via post office mail, or during a live telephone conversation. (Not by voicemail, email or text.) The amount refunded will be the initial payment amount less payment processing fees. Refunds cannot be provided for non-attendance. Refund payments are issued within 45 days of receiving the notification of withdrawal.
3. WORKSHOPS AND CLASSES: Refund is available when withdrawal notice is received more than 72 hours before the start of the event and before any electronic workbooks or handouts are sent. Withdrawal notice must be given in writing by the student via post office mail, or during a live telephone conversation. (Not by voicemail, email or text.) The amount of refund will be subject to a reduction of 10% plus credit card processing fees to help cover administrative costs. In the event of a withdrawal after the 72 hour deadline, the amount of the original payment (less administrative fees described above) may be applied towards cost of a future class or workshop with the Instructor and within one year. The returning student would also be required to pay any cost increases that occur in the interim. Refunds cannot be provided for the non-attendance of classes.
