Your satisfaction is very important to us. Many courses purchased on Bridges-Academy can be refunded within 7 days of purchase, with the exception of digital goods.

- Digital Goods: Once digital goods are opened or accessed by a customer we generally offer no refunds. If you change your mind about your purchase within 3 days and you have not downloaded any of the digital goods included in the course content, we will happily issue a refund upon your request.

Reasons for Denied Refunds
While our refund policy is in place to protect students, we must also protect our instructors from fraud and provide them with a reasonable payment schedule. Payments are sent to instructors after 7 days, so we are not able to process refund requests received after the refund window.
