Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is very important to us. Many courses purchased on Bridges-Academy can be refunded within 7 days of purchase, with the exception of digital goods.
  • Digital Goods: Once digital goods are opened or accessed by a customer we generally offer no refunds. If you change your mind about your purchase within 3 days and you have not downloaded any of the digital goods included in the course content, we will happily issue a refund upon your request.
Once a class has started or a recorded class has been accessed, no refunds will be issued unless specifically stated otherwise on the sales page for that course.

Reasons for Denied Refunds

While our refund policy is in place to protect students, we must also protect our instructors from fraud and provide them with a reasonable payment schedule. Payments are sent to instructors after 7 days, so we are not able to process refund requests received after the refund window.
