How we function in the world, and within ourselves: This concept is not what we usually consider, yet it is important as to how we interact with others.
The 8 levels of awareness (consciousness) development: From Magic to Egocentric, and up the ladder to Integral and Transpersonal. The level of awareness - which results in behaviors - is key to connecting with others, as well as to our conflicts with them.
Communication with people who are at various levels of development: Often we want to convince others of something, whereas communication can be handled from a different viewpoint. We will look at the communication needs of others from their level of awareness, and specifically how to communicate effectively with different types of people.

In Block 3 we look at what holds us back from growing our relationships, why people demonstrate behaviors that are irritating or even hurtful to us, and how we can take steps to improve ourselves which will enhance our relationships – or appropriately end them.

- Our style of attachment to others
- Simple yet profound methods to uncover what we really are feeling and then to speak what is truly in our hearts with anyone

Block 4 - April 22 and 23

- Personality Disorders, which often are hidden until things get very difficult
- Our soul’s purpose on this planet, which can change and grow.
- What is a “Soulmate” and how to connect with one. This is the part with great dating tips to use or share.
- The Enneagram. Take the Enneagram quiz, become aware of what drives you, be able to give and explain the test to others, and learn how our Enneagram number affects how we relate to others.
- Co-creation at the levels of the chakras. Consider these power points as a way to focus on personal and relationship growth.
