June 23-25: (3 days) Introduction to Alchemical Hypnosis - History of hypnosis, trance induction, levels of trance, hypnotic language, post-hypnotic suggestion, rapport, pre-induction interview, goal-setting. A dynamic introduction to Alchemical Hypnosis, this course includes the origins, what it’s based upon and how it’s different from other forms of hypnosis therapy. Plus you’ll learn, practice, experience and gain confidence in creating custom sessions on the fly for each unique client situation. OPEN TO EVERYONE.

July 7-9 and July 21-23: (6 days) Healing the Source of Emotional Pain. Leading edge Inner Child technology. Working with childhood memory in a very different way – not just looking at past events but actually rescuing the child from those experiences and helping the client to create powerful new inner resources. Other Requirements:
- Students on the certification track need to receive two private sessions outside of class from any Alchemical Hypnotherapist concurrent to their training. Note: there are opportunities during the training to receive a free session, by volunteering to be a demo subject in class.
- Read the textbooks (before you begin the training if at all possible.)

- There is some homework required and some practice outside of class as well.
- Students on the certification track are required to demonstrate their developing proficiency during the afternoon supervised practice sessions as a "student therapist" and as a "student client", and to pass the final exam.

David Quigley, BA, CHT created Alchemical Hypnosis in 1984 and is the founder and Director of the Alchemy Institute of Hypnosis in Santa Rosa, CA.
A graduate of Duke University in comparative religion and transpersonal psychology, David also has extensive training in Gestalt, primal therapy, group process and Jungian psychology, as well as courses in Ericksonian and clinical hypnosis and NLP. The synthesis of his inner experience and studies is now known as ALCHEMICAL HYPNOSIS, and is practiced by thousands of professional hypnotherapists and other successful healing arts practitioners around the world.
