The Enneagram is a personality indicator of a person's core belief about how the world works.
The word Enneagram comes from the Greek words ennea (nine) and gramma (written or drawn) and is represented by a circle with nine distinct indicators, plus wings, and lines.
Our Enneagram type indicates our deepest motivations and fears. With this knowledge, we can see what has driven us throughout our lives, and why we take particular actions and make certain decisions. It also helps us understand how we react to stress and, very helpfully, the Enneagram is a basis for the understanding of others.
In this two-hour exploration, you will:
Learn your own Enneagram type
Understand Enneagram wings and see which one resonates with you
Learn your strengths
Learn your challenges
Understand why and how you handle stress and relaxation in certain ways
