She holds a technical PhD in Hypnotherapy, is a Clinical and Alchemical Hypnotherapist, is ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine) certified, Yoga Alliance certified instructor, Founder and Director of 52 Helpers™ Academy, and an Ordained Minister. I loved how Elizabeth shared tools for transformation, such as the very effective 2 hour alarm. From that exercise came awareness of how much negativity had been running in my mind chatter. Elizabeth always provides a new perspective and I learn information that inspires change. I took action on a long held Hearts Desire - to leave a demanding, stressful job that valued overwork and was a negative work environment. My soul and spirit knew this was a chance to listen and act, in spite of fears of ending my paycheck that was always on time. I have been thinking, dreaming, journaling about leaving, but fear always had a persuasive argument, and I postponed the date again and again! This time, date decided, I focused on Faith and Trust, linked arms with Courage (what a vibe💕… thanks for that Elizabeth!) and gave notice. So many signs of support that I received after notice was given, and other signs that only Grace and the Divine provide. Here I sit, on a Monday morning, writing about this course’s impact on my life. This is Joy!
I am grateful for the gratitude practice as I am daily grateful for time and space to recalibrate my Hearts Desire. I have more understanding of co-creation and that the thoughts, actions and habits I develop are My responsibility. DS
