Sitadevi is an extremely effective and kind coach. Sometimes I feel like I come to her with a list of complaints, but somehow (like magic) when I leave, I am counting my blessings. She is able to pinpoint any disempowering perspectives that bring me stress, and work with me to find actions to bring me closer to what I am working toward. Working with her is like finding a shortcut through a tangled forest, I cut through the tangles in my mind.

I'm looking for results, and a lot of people I speak to spend time giving me their opinions about where I'm right and the other person is wrong (or vice versa), but that usually leaves me sitting in the same place I started.
