“Cooling off rule” – Upon written notice, you may withdraw within 72 hours after making your deposit and receive a full refund (less financial transaction processing fees) within 30 days.
“Written notice” is effective when you receive a confirmation receipt of your email, fax or letter of cancellation from the Self-Awareness Institute. Cancellations can’t be made by phone, messaging or text.
“Non-refundable fee” - There is a non-refundable fee of $300.00 when cancellation is received 10 days in advance of the start date. The non-refundable fee may be applied to a future Self-Awareness Weekend taken within one year of cancellation.
No credit or refund is available for:
- - failing to give proper written notice
- - failure to show up
- - leaving the Weekend early
