Dream Harvesting® Salon Introduction by Anyes Cartry
“I want to guide you, dreamers, to massage the language of the dream and lead you to your own innermost knowing. Rather than telling what a symbol means or may mean, I am passionate about leading dreamers through a process of conversation with the dream, so that you become more intimate with what that symbol represents for you.
“While it is true that there is a universal language that deserves to be understood by practicing the conversation, owning an Italian dictionary doesn't equate knowing how to speak Italian. In this workshop we will empower your experience and unveil the immense wisdom of your deep mind.” Anyes Cartry

As Mark discovers in this interview with Anyes Cartry, during the 3-part Dream Harvesting® Salon participants learn and experience going beyond the story line of their dreams, engaging in conversation with the depth of their being.
A dream is ultimately incompatible with machine translation; it invites an intimate lovemaking with a REVELATION.
This workshop is largely experiential, where we discover and explore how to be in conversation with our dreams.
Why be in conversation with our dreams? In many cultures, people use their dreams to guide them in their daily lives for decision making, understanding and resolving conflicts, and other guidance concerning relationships, careers, health, mission and life purpose.
- During our first Salon we are introduced to the most conducive methods to remember dreams and stimulate the conversation. We’ll discuss environment, preparation, things to avoid, and intention-setting. Anyes chooses a dream from one of the participants to start the conversation.
- During our second Salon we discuss the common mistakes circulating about what to do with a dream, such as interpretation or excessive concern with story-line. Anyes explains how to record dreams. Then she chooses a dream from one the participants (or 2 dreams, if time allows) to demonstrate the process of harvesting the wisdom of a dream.
- During our third Salon Anyes guides participants to host the harvesting process themselves, alerting us to any pitfalls and sharing tips on what to watch for in order to respect the language of the dream without betraying it through translation.

Your Instructor
While practicing Hypnotherapy, leading retreats and training professional hypnotherapists over many years, Anyes became adept and familiar with the language of the deep mind. Following her passion for dreams and intuition, she studied and attended seminars and workshops with experts Greg Bogart, Ph.D, MFT (Jungian Dreamwork), David Sowerby, Ph.D (Intuition and Dreams), as well as Toko-pa Turner (Weaving a Living Bridge to the Otherworld). She subsequently created Dream Harvesting® and began leading workshops in the US and Europe, as well as offering 1-hour Dream Harvesting® sessions to individuals who prefer a private setting. Anyes is a dynamic, empathic and thoughtful facilitator. I had no idea I could learn so much from dreams! What I retrieved was relevant, detailed, and meaningful. I thought Anyes was brilliant at knowing what questions to ask to further facilitate the experience. I had three dream Harvesting sessions, and each was profound and helpful- my unconscious gave me tools to manage certain situations, and the tools have worked! For me, they are archetypes and symbols. If you work with Anyes, I recommend to trust the process with an open mind - surrender doubt and be fully present with her. She is strong, caring, respectful, and fun, and is committed to guiding the best experience she can enable. You will be amazed with what you see! Allie |
