Born in Germany and with a deep curiosity to find context in the whole of human experience, Alexa travelled widely visiting different continents and exposing herself to various ways of living in Europe, Africa, South America, North America and Southeast Asia.  Many coping skills and understandings were discovered and integrated on these journeys though human encounters, even illness and being lost at times.   Since 1995, Alexa's home base is in California.

In her travels, Archetypal exploration became a passion for Alexa. While discovering many of her own Archetypes over the decades, she became adept at “calling Archetypes out”, correcting their beliefs.  Being able to see, hear and feel them trained her to be present to the acting and dormant archetypes of others.

With a deep love of our Earth (the Changing Mother) and wanting to grow and thrive with Her, Alexa was led to Spiral Dance and traditional Native American philosophy and practice with mentor Maria Yraceburu, including healing soul sickness through ceremony and collaboration with Eco-Spirituality.  She has led many women centered circles and co-facilitated with others in harmony.

Alexa completed an extensive internship with David Quigley, receiving certification as an Instructor of AIH approved professional training programs on May 1, 2022.  In the spring of 2024, Alexa became the primary instructor of the Alchemy Institute of Hypnosis' Alchemical Hypnosis Practitioner program.  She also mentors and supports students as co-Instructor of the Professional Hypnotherapist (CHT) program.

In her private professional practice Alexa specializes in: Archetypal Discovery, Inner Architecture, Somatic Healing, Regression Work, Conscious Harmonizing of Relationships /Un-coupling, Grief Processing, End of Life Trance Practice, Group Workshops and Ceremonies.
