- Utilizing precise guided imagery and regression to create an irresistible “Heroic” vision of recovery. (Past, present and future of the addiction, easily customized for each client.)
- Creating a unique, customizable “Heroic” script for successful new eating habits.
- “Advanced Systematic Desensitization” for chronic anxiety.
- Advanced regression methods for Phobias, Post Traumatic Stress, Chronic Anxiety and Depression.

- 20+ weight loss methods that address the underlying causes of both emotional eating AND body fat retention. You will learn the subtle cues that indicate which method is needed. (Thus, you will be prepared to help a wide variety of clients experience effortless weight loss.)

David Quigley, BA, CHT created Alchemical Hypnosis in 1984 and is the founder and Director of the Alchemy Institute of Hypnosis in Santa Rosa, CA.
A graduate of Duke University in comparative religion and transpersonal psychology, David also has extensive training in Gestalt, primal therapy, group process and Jungian psychology, as well as courses in Ericksonian and clinical hypnosis and NLP. The synthesis of his inner experience and studies is now known as ALCHEMICAL HYPNOSIS, and is practiced by thousands of professional hypnotherapists and other successful healing arts practitioners around the world.
