During these 10 hours of live online intensive Somatic Healing training, you learn to help heal yourself and others of injury, pain and disease through the application of esoteric healing principles.  Limited to 6 students.

Course consists of four 2.5 hour classes, all live online,
on October 10 to 13th (inclusive)

CONTENT

You will learn AND experience how to apply principles of Esoteric Alchemy to healing and supporting the physical body.

Overview of each 2.5-hour class:
 
Day 1, Oct 10th:

• Short introduction to Hypnotic Induction with some practice.
• Guidance and group discussion on maintaining simultaneous clear and loving energetic boundaries with simple, effective exercises.
• Dialog with different parts of yourself and others on the soul plane: dialog with the injured body part and/or sub-personalities who want the disease in order to bring attention to hidden parts of ourselves and/or denied aspects of our lives.
•  Introduction to principles of Nonviolent Communication during the Alchemical dialog exercise referred to as “Etheric Plane Communication”.  (If you are familiar with Nonviolent Communication, you will have a head start on this.)
• Includes an introduction to needs-clarifying communication, for facilitating a very successful and resource-filled internal conversation. 

 
Day 2, Oct 11th:

• Practice and review:  Caring internal dialog.
• Advanced soul part or body part dialog, with practice:  through inner dialog or communication on the soul plane, we explore clearing energetic imprints as necessary through verbal and/or physical expression and movement.  Includes releasing physical hurt or emotional injury as needed, clearing any stuck emotions in the injured, diseased or aching part of the body.

• Uncover and resolve hidden needs through dialoging with unconscious parts of your psychological makeup:   Did a sub-personality “hire” the disease to make you aware of something?  Did maybe even your Higher Self “hire” your injury or sickness in order to facilitate your expression, discover your soul's purpose, or satisfy a karmic journey or spiritual need?

 
Day 3, Oct 12th:

• Guided Journey to meet your inner healer.
• Receive healing with the help of your inner healer, including instruction and practice for receiving clarity on your healing process.

 
 
Day 4, Oct 13th:

• This class focuses on resources for healing mental, physical, and emotional trauma:   Instruction and practice of an “Alchemical Rescue Mission” with help of powerful inner resources and loving spirit guides.

Nora Hoffmann BA, MFA, CCHT

Nora Hoffmann has a vast background in esoteric alchemy, including the secrets of Integrative Gestalt Therapy, Advanced Past Life Regression, Reiki, Shamanic Practices, Nonviolent Communication and Holistic Financial Management.  Her specialties are Money Mastery From Within, Past Life Regression, Alchemical Hypnotherapy, Somatic Healing and Working with Spirit Guides for spiritual growth and healing. 
Nora is a gifted intuitive whose understanding presence has helped many, in person and via the internet.   An experienced online teacher and instructor, Nora's home base is in northern India.
