Overview of the Inner Guide Visualization process
The Alchemical Hypnotherapist leads the client on a specific hypnotic journey to meet their inner guides in accordance with the client’s own belief system. Then, they apply protocols and step-by-step processes:
- TEST the Guide and their potential effectiveness
- Affix their presence to the client's daily challenges
- Clients are taught to use and practice specific summoning techniques to bring in their guide whenever their support and counsel is needed. None of this is about "faith" or "religion".
Three types of potential guides are likely to be found on the path:
- Real people to whom the client needs to speak. These real people can be tested to see if they qualify as external guides.
- False Guides who may masquerade as True Guides and who may even be well-intentioned but instead confuse and delay the seeker.
- True Inner Guides.
Words cannot describe the experience of heightened awareness, excitement and bliss clients feel when in the presence of their inner guides. The guides emanate love and acceptance and immediately feel like old friends. Practice will allow the client to maintain this state comfortably for longer and longer periods.

External Guides may appear as intermediary figures who assist clients in reaching their internal guides. Sometimes these figures can assume a lifelong role as a Spirit Guide.

Daily connection to their inner guides has helped so many Alchemical Hypnotherapy clients achieve their therapeutic objectives. Here's a small sampling of their stories. (Names have been changed.)
Suffering from Depression, Maria began overeating junk food to compensate for job struggles and an empty nest. And the extra weight was hurting her knees. In her Alchemical Hypnotherapy session, Maria found a new connection with her long-dead mother as well as a new spiritual grandmother/healer. Now, whenever she enters the kitchen, Maria remembers to call them in. Andrew had been wallowing in despair, anger, and shame since his beloved wife left him for another man. Suicide seemed like the only way out, until he met his new inner mate. She is helping him understand the way his own behaviors and choices are affecting his relationships. And she gives him many practical tips every time he meets someone new and reminds him how much he has to give to a lucky woman. Best of all, his inner mate helps him feel deserving again.
Peter was concerned that test anxiety would cause him to fail the Bar Exam once again. But this time, sitting beside him at the testing table was his future self, the successful attorney, who calmly remembers all the right answers to those questions that drove Peter crazy before. His future self’s warm hand on his shoulder reminds Peter that he knows these answers. And this time, he passes.
